Position Overview: The Department of Ophthalmology at the American Academy of Ophthalmology is looking to expand its team by hiring a highly qualified Ophthalmologist with specialized training in Glaucoma. This role is available at the levels of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor.
Responsibilities: The selected candidate will engage in a dynamic medical and surgical practice at our primary facility and affiliated teaching hospitals. This position also includes the vital role of educating and supervising residents and fellows in our esteemed training programs.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess an MD degree and be either board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology. Fellowship training in glaucoma is essential, along with eligibility for medical licensure in Texas.
