Job Title: Merchandiser at Claire's

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to Various Stores: Visit multiple stores within an assigned route to ensure optimal product placement and sales performance.
• Concession Shop Management: Recover, replenish, and merchandise concession shop areas during frequent visits to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked environment.
• Inventory Validation: Verify carton deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise.
• Planogram Implementation: Execute In-Store Presentation guidelines by implementing and maintaining planograms in accordance with company standards.
• Stock Replenishment: Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockrooms to ensure products are available on the sales floor.
• Promotion Alignment: Ensure promotions and sales are aligned with operational requirements to maximize sales performance.
• Organizational Skills: Organize extra stock in designated areas to maintain a clutter-free and efficient workspace.
• Damage Processing: Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as needed to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Style Number Verification: Check style numbers in the concession system for proper scanning to ensure accurate sales tracking.
• Sales Performance Improvement: Make suggestions to improve sales performance and contribute to the growth of the concession shop.
• Concession Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy concession area, with products kept off the floor to ensure a safe and appealing shopping environment.
• Team Leadership: Lead and train partner teams, demonstrating good product knowledge and providing guidance to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager, offering feedback and recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
