Position Summary
The Lead Business Strategist is a senior-level position responsible for providing expert business analysis services to our partners. This role involves close collaboration with various business units to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strategies, processes, services, and operational context.

The primary focus is to identify, document, and articulate the capabilities and requirements—business, functional, and technical—necessary to address complex business challenges. The Lead Business Strategist will work alongside business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external vendors to implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze and distill complex, enterprise-level business challenges into clear, actionable requirements.
2. Review end-to-end business processes to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and technological risks.
3. Communicate high-level technology requirements that align with current and future business needs.
4. Lead large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams in the planning, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
5. Identify opportunities to leverage existing capabilities within the business portfolio to address challenges effectively.
6. Ensure that proposed system, software, and hardware solutions are designed to foster business growth through technology.

Qualifications
1. 5-10 years of experience in a financial services environment, with a focus on coordinating business, functional, and technical requirements across large teams and projects.
2. Advanced knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
3. Proficiency in business productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business is preferred.
