Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide essential motor and sensory support to elementary and intermediate students with a modest caseload in the SeaTac, WA area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized support plans to address motor, sensory, and other developmental needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services in a school-based setting, targeting specific sensory and motor goals.
  • Collaborate with school teams, including teachers and other therapists, to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Document student progress, modify interventions as necessary, and maintain open communication with families and staff.
Requirements:
  • Washington state OT licensure.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, but not required. New grads welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in working with motor and sensory needs for students in elementary and intermediate grades.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school teams.
