At Global Medical Response Inc, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rural Firefighter EMT to join our team. This is a specialized fire/rescue position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a prompt and professional manner.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $28.00 per hour, based on industry standards and comparable positions in the area. As a Rural Firefighter EMT, you will be responsible for responding to medical emergencies, vehicle crashes, and fires on the Volkswagen Arizona Proving Grounds. You will also be required to perform daily vehicle maintenance checks, clean assigned units, and maintain supply inventory and equipment checklists.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to read and navigate local and state mapping systems, and have the ability to follow and interpret written and oral instructions. Additionally, you must be certified as an NFPA 1001 Firefighter II, NFPA 472, Hazardous Materials-Operations, and an Arizona EMT. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is also required.
