Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Free People in Wilmington, NC. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supervising store operations and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador and reflect the company values, partnering with the store leadership team to create an engaging experience that appeals to the FP customer.
  • Sales and Customer Experience: Create selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience, empowering the team to drive sales through personalized service, elevated styling, and outfitting recommendations.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Act as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking capabilities while prioritizing service over tasks.
  • Visual and Business Operations: Support the store management team by participating in daily office procedures, execution of operations, and store maintenance, ensuring omni-channel orders are processed timely and accurately.
  • Communication and Relationships: Support an inclusive and people-first philosophy, engaging employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue, reinforce follow through, and ensure that the store team is heard and supported.
