Key Responsibilities- Provide routine and complex care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating evidence-based practice and patient-centered care principles.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
- 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty, preferably in rehabilitation nursing.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
This is a full-time position, working 12-hour shifts from 6PM to 6AM. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
