Tuality Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nurse Resident. This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate RN to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve your nursing practice based on professional standards and evidence-based knowledge.
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and safety of patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve patient-centered goals and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
