Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Merchandiser Trainee to join our team in Elyria. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for learning and mastering the daily duties of route delivery and merchandising. This includes stocking and facing products on shelves and displays, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and Company standards.

Responsibilities

">
  • Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date.
  • Under supervision learn processes, and gain the skills necessary to service customers using all equipment utilized in the delivery process.
  • Develop good rotation practices and the importance of point of sales such as racks and shippers.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and report back to management any customer service issues.
  • Ensure proper behavior while executing job functions, promoting personal safety, and the safe use of needed equipment.

  • Previous experience in route delivery, direct store delivery, or retail management is strongly preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $21.95 per hour, based on industry standards and market rates.
