Responsibilities:- Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation, to ensure the client's comfort and well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and other activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Document observed changes and provide updates to the Director of Nursing, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license or state identification.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Completion of mandatory continuing education units (CEUs).
- Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
