Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CT Imaging Specialist to enhance our diagnostic imaging department. This role requires a professional who can leverage their clinical and technical expertise to produce high-quality CT images and gather comprehensive patient data, which are essential for accurate diagnostic interpretations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Image Acquisition: Execute adult general and high-risk obstetric CT examinations with precision.
  • Patient Flow Management: Ensure a seamless patient experience within the department, catering to both inpatients and scheduled outpatients.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of image quality and ensure thorough documentation of patient information.
  • Professional Conduct: Interact with patients and colleagues in a respectful and courteous manner, upholding confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
  • Education: Comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology, procedures, and equipment typically gained through completion of an accredited CT program.
  • Experience: Previous experience in CT imaging is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret imaging results effectively.
Work Schedule
  • Availability to take on-call shifts and respond within a 45-minute timeframe.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying departmental needs and patient volumes.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Participation in on-call duties every other weekend.
