Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine radiographic and special computerized tomography procedures with a focus on quality and patient care.
  • Perform daily quality assurance testing on CT unit and emergency equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to address equipment and staffing issues, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Obtain and record clinical data, prepare patients for exams, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Optimize patient flow and supply management in the CT area, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs and assist physicians during procedures, enhancing your skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a two-year radiological technology program from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a radiologic technologist and CT experience, with a strong track record of quality and patient care.
  • Current State of Maryland licensure and CT Certification, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Physical Demands:

This position may involve heavy lifting and exposure to blood-borne pathogens, requiring a high level of physical fitness and stamina.
