About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Reclectic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving store sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Experience
    • Represent the Reclectic brand and values, collaborating with store leadership to create an engaging visual experience that appeals to our customers.
    • Work with the Store Manager to optimize product flow, efficient store operations, and visual merchandising to create a compelling atmosphere.
    • Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment by delivering genuine customer experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized.
  • Leadership + Team Management
    • Take an active role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team, taking responsibility for your own development and professional growth.
    • Provide timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability, facilitating a thorough and thoughtful onboarding process for new hires.
    • Assess staff scheduling needs and assist in managing team availability, requests off, and identifying employee skill sets to create an effective schedule that aligns with business requirements.
  • Visual + Business Operations
    • Collaborate with leadership to assess product sell-through and identify store successes and opportunities, effectively leading an empowered team to make strategic, creative, business-impacting decisions.
    • Hold team members accountable to scheduling and timekeeping policy through consistent payroll management.
    • Increase store sales through a strong level of customer service, business and key metric analysis, and maintaining stock levels to optimize product flow.
    • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and presentable building, championing timely escalation of facilities/maintenance issues/technology issues.
    • Interpret Home Office direction to impact store structure, presentation, and overall productivity, providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve operations.
    • Adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and uphold all company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
  • Communication + Relationships
    • Promote an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices, actively seeking and advocating different perspectives.
    • Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork, staying current and following through to ensure important store information reaches all levels of the team.
Requirements
  • Passion for the Reclectic brand and concept.
  • 3+ years of store leadership experience.
  • Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
  • Strong understanding of merchant process and its impact on the business.
  • Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
