Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist

Norman Regional Health System seeks a skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist to join our innovative cardiovascular program. Our team of experienced professionals works closely with cardiologists to provide excellent patient care, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
Job Summary
The Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist prepares equipment before and during procedures, identifies and assesses patient conditions, and maintains a sterile environment. This individual will serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, be eligible and/or current RCIS, and have previous procedural area experience preferred. You must also hold American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification, including Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification. Basic Life Support training is required during orientation, and current Basic Life Support is required to be maintained throughout employment. Advanced Life Support training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained through duration of employment.
Compensation
This position offers an estimated salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience, along with benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement.
