Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Recovery Coach to join our team. As a Recovery Coach, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized recovery plans, providing support and guidance as they navigate their journey towards wellness. Your role will involve facilitating group sessions, leading recreational activities, and assisting clients with daily tasks such as meal planning and preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to maintain records and document case notes daily.
• Ability to give and accept feedback as part of a team.
• Ability to traverse within the workspace and community frequently.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
