About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about transforming lives. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions to children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify treatment needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child and family
- Provide evidence-based interventions, including therapy and counseling, to promote positive outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Document progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions and improve services
- Master's degree in a clinical field of study (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)
- Current licensure (LCMHC, LICSW, LADC, LMFT) or eligibility for rostering through the VT Board of Mental Health
- 2+ years of direct service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
