The Inn at Pound Ridge seeks a seasoned Chef de Partie to join its esteemed culinary team. As an integral member of the kitchen staff, this individual will be responsible for preparing high-quality food service items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. A culinary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and presentation of dishes according to company specifications and timing standards.
- Maintenance of a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Supervision and direction of line and kitchen staff in the absence of senior management.
Compensation Package:
