Termite Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Orkin. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest management services to our residential customers.

• Complete our award-winning company-paid training program to learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route.
• Prepare and install home services, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
• Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a problem solver for your customer to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy.
