Position Overview
LaBella Associates is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer specializing in water and wastewater systems. This role is pivotal in advancing your career while contributing to the growth of our service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development initiatives and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals for prospective clients.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.
  • Oversee project management activities to deliver high-quality results.
  • Assist Group Leaders with task assignments, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Engage actively with local, state, and national professional organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Civil Leader to meet financial and business development objectives.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a current Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY and/or PA, or the ability to obtain licensure within one year of employment.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in municipal engineering services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards and regulatory frameworks, preferably with experience in NYS and PA.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong working relationships with municipal, industrial, and institutional clients.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a track record of developing and implementing effective solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $160,000 annually.
