Enterprise Marketing Leader

We're seeking a world-class, growth-driven marketing leader to drive revenue in partnership with our Chief Revenue Officer. As a key member of the S Team, you'll report directly to the CEO and be responsible for building and optimizing sourced pipeline channels to achieve 40% marketing, 30% ADRs, 20% AEs, and 10% channels.

• Develop and execute a revenue-focused marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue
• Build and optimize sourced pipeline channels to achieve 40% marketing, 30% ADRs, 20% AEs, and 10% channels
• Partner with revenue to maintain 3x+ pipeline coverage and work with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Lead the marketing team to drive growth-stage enterprise experience and build market awareness through customer-validated messaging frameworks
• Develop and execute a talent acquisition and development strategy to attract and retain top marketing talent

• 6+ years of experience as a 1st line marketing manager and 4+ years of experience as a 2nd line marketing manager owning the end-to-end pipeline number
• Proven growth-stage enterprise experience with selling use-case specific business applications to named-account, global 2000 enterprises
• Strong understanding of revenue marketing, demand creation vs. capture programs, non-attributable methods, and influencer marketing
• Ability to develop intuitions for and domain experience about the product and market quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
