Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of procedure and exam rooms, adhering to OSHA standards.
  • Prepare the C-arm for procedures and patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Set up procedure rooms for physicians, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
  • Verify patient documentation and time-outs before procedures, guaranteeing accuracy and quality care.
  • Position patients on procedure tables, demonstrating empathy and care.
  • Operate the C-Arm and imaging equipment during procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Assist physicians with procedures, providing support and expertise.
  • Collaborate with anesthesia staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Manage clinic inventory and order necessary medications and supplies.
  • Assist with patient transitions from the procedure table to a wheelchair, prioritizing patient comfort and dignity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Completion of an ARRT-approved school of radiologic technology.
  • Current state radiologic license(s) or certificate(s), as required by federal and state regulations.
  • 1+ years of experience operating a C-Arm, preferred.
  • Positive and upbeat personality, essential for providing excellent patient care.
Skills and Abilities
  • EMR experience required.
  • MS Outlook experience preferred.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Walking and standing approximately 90% of the workday.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for approximately 10% of the workday.
  • Exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
  • Finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination to work on computer, telephone, and related office equipment.
  • Repetitive wrist, hand, and/or finger movement to type and work on a computer.
  • Clarity of vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to speak and hear clearly.
  • Communication with patients verbally and writing legibly.
