Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Banker to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including cash handling, transactions, and product recommendations.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell bank products and services.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts in wealth management, mortgage, and commercial teams to meet customers' specialized financial needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest banking technologies and products to meet customers' evolving needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of recent customer service and cash handling experience.
  • 1 year of previous teller/new account experience in a banking institution preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
What We Offer
