Project Director

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Communication and Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
• Safety and Quality: Ensure that all projects are delivered with a strong focus on safety and quality, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

• Education: High School diploma required, Technical School or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in the Chemical Cleaning Industry
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Certifications: Valid Driver's License, TWIC card, Class A CDL, recommended.

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, bend, climb, walk, and stand for long periods of time.
• Work Environment: Work around chemicals, including acids and bases, work around hydrocarbons under high pressure and heat.
