Key Responsibilities

• You will be an integral part of designing and implementing a specialized living area for residents with specific needs, working closely with our team to ensure a high level of care and support.
• You will contribute to the development of our 'Gerontogarden' concept, creating a unique and engaging environment for our residents.
• You will provide guidance, support, and training to your colleagues in addressing gerontopsychiatric challenges, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• You will accompany our trainees in their daily interactions with residents with dementia, helping them develop essential skills and empathy.
• You will assess problems, resources, and nursing requirements for residents with gerontopsychiatric conditions, setting clear nursing goals and providing personalized care that takes into account each resident's biography and previous habits.
• You will facilitate communication between residents, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
• You will plan and lead leisure activities, ensuring that our residents have access to engaging and enjoyable experiences.
