About the Role

We are committed to providing high-quality patient care, and as such, we require candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of current experience in NICU settings (excluding training). Our ideal candidate will be board certified through NCCPA or hold a national specialty certification as an NNP.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care: Utilize your expertise to deliver top-notch medical attention to our patients, working closely with neonatologists and other sub-specialists.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team: Work seamlessly with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and successful patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-based initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement projects and contribute to the growth and development of our Level-III NICU.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a Master's Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Certification: Be board certified through NCCPA or hold a national specialty certification as an NNP.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 2+ years of current experience in NICU settings (excluding training).
Work Environment

Our Level-III NICU is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and features a 20-bed unit with an average daily census of 12-20 patients. Enjoy a collaborative work environment with on-site support from neonatologists and MFM specialists, as well as various other sub-specialists. With 16-hour shifts (and occasional 24-hour shifts), you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.
