- Lead and manage a team of medical laboratory professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying knowledge to improve laboratory operations and services.
- MLS - Medical Laboratory Scientist ASCP certification.
- Bachelor's degree in a Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- Masters Degree in a related field.
- Three (3) years clinical laboratory experience and five (3) years management experience in a Healthcare setting.
- Trauma Level II experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively direct a team and communicate with individuals and groups.
- Knowledge of basic techniques in financial analysis.
