Middletown Township, United States T&M ASSOCIATES Full time

T&M Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer for our Municipal Department in Middletown, NJ. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare engineering documents for advertisement and construction, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various capital improvement projects.
  • Conduct field inspections and assessments of infrastructure to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Review and analyze Planning & Zoning Board site plans/subdivisions, and prepare reports to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with 5+ years of experience in Municipal Engineering or a related field.
  • EIT certification required, PE license preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with knowledge of roadway design elements, standards, and constructability methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work in a team environment and self-start projects.
