Position Overview:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is actively seeking additional Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to enhance our expanding anesthesia team at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital. This is a W2, Full-Time, Hospital-Employed position at a Level II Trauma Center.

Key Highlights/Qualified Candidates
  • Become part of a staffing model comprising 12 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs
  • Diverse case mix with unrestricted practice including trauma, obstetrics, cardiovascular, general surgery, and orthopaedics
  • Extensive specific skill set experience is advantageous and eligible for additional compensation
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment where CRNA contributions are welcomed and valued
  • Flexible shift scheduling options available, including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
  • Capability to perform regional blocks to support our comprehensive opioid-sparing and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) initiatives
  • On-call duties for CRNAs twice monthly via beeper to cover main and trauma cases
  • Obstetrics managed by 24-hour in-house CRNAs
