Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient radiology clinic, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
- Screen patients prior to procedures, identifying any precautions or contraindications, and educate them on pre, intra, and post-procedure care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, adhering to approved standards and regulations.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and examinations.
- Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and respond to life-saving situations as needed.
- Document patient history and physical assessments, and initiate patient education plans as prescribed by physicians and clinic policy.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting
