**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Endoscopic Surgical Technologist to join our team at HealthMed Pro Solutions. As a key member of our endoscopy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of endoscopic procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare the endoscopy suite with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients and medical staff.

• Assist the physician during endoscopic procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

• Ensure all endoscopic instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and functioning correctly before and after procedures, adhering to strict quality control standards.

• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the endoscopic procedures, providing timely interventions as needed to prevent complications.

• Maintain accurate documentation of endoscopic procedures and instrument usage, facilitating seamless communication among team members and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with the endoscopy team to ensure efficient and safe patient care, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.

**Qualifications:**

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is preferred, but not mandatory. We welcome candidates with relevant experience in endoscopy or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures and equipment, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
