We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Mederi Caretenders, a part of LHC Group. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Responsibilities- Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
- Complete progress notes for each visit and submit them to the agency daily.
- Continuously observe and report patients' nursing needs, instruct patients' families in care, and maintain a healthy environment for patients.
- Observe, record, and report patients' response to treatment and changes in their condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR Certification required.
