Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the Cook is to provide guests with an excellent dining experience while preparing all orders in an efficient, timely and high-quality manner that is consistent with menu recipes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to order, adhering to menu recipes and quality standards.
- Work efficiently to meet high-volume production demands during peak periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in menu planning and development to ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
