Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the Cook is to provide guests with an excellent dining experience while preparing all orders in an efficient, timely and high-quality manner that is consistent with menu recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order, adhering to menu recipes and quality standards.
  • Work efficiently to meet high-volume production demands during peak periods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
