Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Residents with Activities of Daily Living
    • Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities as needed
    • Help residents with mobility and transfer assistance
  • Improve Resident Quality of Life
    • Engage residents in activities and conversations to promote socialization and mental stimulation
    • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents
  • Communicate Resident Needs and Concerns
    • Report resident needs and concerns to licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals
    • Document resident information and concerns in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • Current State CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
    • Ability to understand and carry out directions and instructions
