Salary and Benefits

Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the $63,000 - $110,000 range annually, depending on location, experience and performance. Job Description

This Clinical Dialysis Nurse Specialist position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. As a key member of our outpatient dialysis center team, you will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering care to patients who often deal with multiple co-morbidities.


Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
  • Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
  • Deliver care to patients who require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N), three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may also be substituted for nursing degree. You might also have experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience, but it's not required.
