Night Auditor

Hyatt House Chicago/Oak Brook is seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of daily revenues and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.

The Night Auditor position at Hyatt House Chicago/Oak Brook requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Your primary responsibility will be to audit daily revenues for accuracy, ensuring that all room and tax charges are correctly accounted for.

You will also be responsible for completing and transmitting daily management and accounting reports, as well as preparing customer tracking reports and other auditing reports as needed.

In addition to your revenue auditing duties, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, greeting them warmly and checking them in efficiently. You will also handle guest departures, ensuring that their accounts are accurate and closed properly.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
