Dignity Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine Department at our Natomas Clinic in Sacramento, CA.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and developing and implementing patient care plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop and implement patient care plans, and prescribe medications and therapies
- Provide health promotion and disease prevention education, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and consult with physicians and specialists as needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
