About the Role

At Faith & Family Care INC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care services to our clients. As a Home Health Care Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Hygiene Assistance: Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming to ensure our clients maintain their personal hygiene and dignity.
  • Medication Reminders: Remind clients to take their prescribed medication and assist with ambulation to prevent falls and injuries.
  • Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility around the house or outside, including accompanying them to doctor's appointments and walks.
  • Personal Care and Hygiene: Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals, and help with physical therapy exercises.
  • Housekeeping and Errands: Perform housekeeping duties and complete errands, such as grocery shopping or accompanying clients to appointments.
  • Emergency Response: Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
  • Daily Living Assistance: Offer activities essential for daily living, including serving meals and assisting with daily tasks.
Qualifications
  • Compassionate and Supportive: Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and possess a compassionate and supportive nature.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year).
  • Health and Safety: Willingness to enforce health and safety standards and take pride in providing high-quality care.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver.
  • Specialized Skills: Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client).
