Housekeeper - Hartsville

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at our Hartsville location. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office, waiting room, exam room, and bathroom areas.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the office, including lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, exam rooms, and offices.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
• Dust all furniture and fixtures to ensure a dust-free environment.
• Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
• Empty wastebaskets and replace liners to prevent overflow and maintain a clean environment.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal areas in a timely and efficient manner.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including replenishing bathroom supplies as needed.
• Assist other maintenance staff with special cleaning projects or maintenance repairs as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Zero (0) to one (1) year experience in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
