Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a skilled Correctional Psychologist to join our team. As a Correctional Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to inmates at our correctional facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychological services to inmates, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each inmate's specific needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Valid California Psychology license required.
- Minimum 12 months experience working with mentally ill populations within the last 3 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $155/hour based on industry standards and location.
