We are seeking a highly skilled Night Toolpusher to join our team in Kuwait. As a key member of our drilling operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and directing the night crew, ensuring the safety of personnel and operations, and overseeing drilling activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct the night crew, including drillers, derrickhands, floorhands, and other rig personnel.
  • Assist the Senior Toolpusher in directing and controlling all operational functions of the rig while on tour.
  • Ensure the safety of personnel and operations by adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices.
  • Oversee and coordinate drilling activities, including well control and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Collaborate with other rig personnel to optimize drilling performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all rig activities.
  • Participate in emergency response procedures and drills as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Night Toolpusher, with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling operations.
  • Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
  • Safety training certifications (e.g. H2S First Aid Firefighting).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to hazard identification and mitigation.
