About the Role

We are seeking a passionate culinary professional to join our American Airlines Lounge PHX team as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our Compass Group, PLC team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team and ensuring a wow-worthy dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menu concepts that meet the needs of our discerning guests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to meet budgetary requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food trends
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
