As a key player in our operations, you will help maintain our reputation as a reliable provider of aviation repair and maintenance services.

Collaborate with your team to implement effective processes and practices that enhance flight and product efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include removing and reinstalling engines from turbofan and turboprop aircraft.

Utilize your technical judgment and skills to make informed decisions regarding maintenance, sequencing, troubleshooting, and resolving discrepancies.

Conduct inspections of aircraft in line with OEM Light or Heavy Maintenance Manuals.
Assess removed components for serviceability and accurately document any discrepancies. Reinstall and test components post-inspection.
May involve performing fuel tank sealing on aircraft.
Document all completed work clearly and accurately.
Interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, technical manuals, and schematic diagrams as necessary.
Stay informed about and adhere to company policies and procedures, while actively promoting continuous improvement.
Analyze various mechanical issues to determine causes and the best repair methods.

Test operations and make necessary repairs or adjustments to engines, engine controls, propellers, landing gear, hydraulic systems, and flight controls, including rigging adjustments.

Employ hand tools, precision measuring instruments, gauges, and calibration test equipment effectively.
Observe all safety, environmental, and housekeeping regulations.
Demonstrate proven mechanical and technical skills.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Be available for overtime and weekend shifts as required.
Possess clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Be capable of handling equipment of various sizes, tools, and computer systems.

Physical requirements include standing for extended periods (8+ hours), lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, and performing tasks that involve walking, bending, stretching, and climbing ladders.

Preferred qualifications include aviation training, which may encompass military training, aeronautical academy, technical school training, or an Aviation Associate's Degree.

Factory-authorized training on specific aircraft or engines is also desirable.
