Position Overview:
Under the guidance of the Senior Physical Therapist, you will conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients across various age groups. This role includes overseeing patient care and supervising rehabilitation technicians while ensuring adherence to our high standards of confidentiality and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial evaluations for each patient upon referral.
2. Document and implement individualized Plans of Care in line with departmental protocols.
3. Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect oversight of rehab techs.
4. Make informed decisions regarding patient care, managing confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
Licensure: Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
Certifications: Valid CPR certification
Preferred Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in patient care across all age groups.
