Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Representative to join our team at Stautzenberger College. As an Admissions Representative, you will play a critical role in converting qualified prospective students to enrolled students, utilizing your exceptional communication and sales skills to promote our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enroll qualified applicants and meet prescribed conversion rates and start goals
  • Complete required quota of outbound calls daily and schedule required quota of appointments daily
  • Conduct admissions interviews and scheduled follow-up procedures with enrolled and non-enrolled prospects
  • Generate required quota of personally developed referrals and adhere to accrediting agency and U.S. Department of Education guidelines
  • Participate in all orientations, attend all admissions meetings, and maintain a clean and professional work area
Requirements
  • Associates degree required or the equivalent of college-level coursework; Bachelor degree preferred
  • 3 years minimum combined work experience in business, customer service, education, or sales
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, database software, and use of Internet
  • Punctual, responsible, ethical, and a team player
