Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced F&I manager to join our team at Team Gillman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling finance and insurance products to vehicle purchasers, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell F&I products and services to customers, including menu selling and training on product features and benefits.
  • Participate in consistent training programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and product knowledge.
  • Complete customer paperwork and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Identify areas of efficiency or improvement within existing policies and procedures, and recommend improvements to management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations when dealing with customers and their private information.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months F&I management experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Ignite (Reynolds Reynolds) experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of F&I best practices required.
  • Communication skills, including the ability to make presentations to customers.
