Responsibilities:
* Oversee 24/7 operations, including staffing, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance.
* Collaborate with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment plans.
* Develop and lead strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce complications, and enhance overall patient experience.

Requirements:
* Current RRT licensure from the Florida Board of Respiratory Therapy
* Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field
* 3-5 years' experience as a registered Respiratory Therapist, with previous supervisory or management experience
* Knowledge of State, Federal, and JCAHO regulations, respiratory medical equipment, and organizational skills
