We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of MVD Greeter at ATA Services, Inc. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job:

  • This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers as they enter the Motor Vehicle Department and assist them with their needs.
  2. Ask if they have an appointment and direct them to the correct area if necessary.
  3. Work with customers to schedule appointments if they do not have one.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting

Salary:

$16.00 per hour
