Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at Integritus Healthcare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Basic Nursing Care: Check blood pressure, insert catheters, and assist patients with comfort and hygiene.
- Document Patient Status: Accurately record patient care, nursing interventions, and patient responses to care provided.
- Communicate with Healthcare Team: Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient wellbeing.
- Administer Medications: Prepare and administer medications according to policy and procedure.
- Respond to Emergencies: Demonstrate ability to handle emergency situations promptly and professionally.
- Perform Administrative Duties: Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as necessary.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic life support certification
