Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to fill a full-time on-site position in Lansing, MI. The successful candidate will manage the creation and execution of personalized treatment plans, provide supervision and mentorship to fellow ABA clinicians, and foster close collaboration with families to ensure the success of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision to technicians
  • Conduct assessments and design curricula, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients
  • Assist with marketing and representing the company
  • Collaborate with families to ensure the success of each child
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years BCBA experience preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
