Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our NurseCore healthcare team. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes, working collaboratively with our clinical director to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Inform the clinical director of any changes in client condition.
  • Document care given, observations, and treatments.
  • Comply with facility policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Ensure and protect clients' rights and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:
  • Current CNA licensure with the State Board of Nursing in California.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • 1+ years of CNA experience in a supervised setting within the past 3 years.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
  • Proof of current physical completed within the last 12 months.
  • Successful completion of skills assessment specific to the area of expertise.
